So, who am I?

I'm Angel! A mom, holistic nutrition enthusiast, and your guide to finding balance, naturally. But let me back up and tell you how I got here.

My Story

For most of my life, I was the ultimate picky eater. Growing up on a tight budget meant buttery pasta (red sauce was a hard no), bologna sandwiches, hot pockets, and plenty of soda and Kool-Aid. Sound familiar?

Here's what no one told me: those food choices were making me sick.

From age ten well into my twenties, I suffered from chronic headaches, debilitating stomach cramps, persistent leg pain, and eczema that wouldn't quit. I saw doctor after doctor, specialist after specialist. Every single one told me the same thing: it's just genetics. Something I'd have to live with.

The Turning Point

I refused to accept that answer, and in 2020 everything changed for me when I watched a documentary that made me start thinking about my food choices.

I dove headfirst into nutrition research, studied holistic health for two years, and started connecting dots that no medical professional had ever mentioned. My food, my thoughts, my emotions, even my environment. They were all affecting my health in ways I'd never imagined.

Slowly but surely, through intentional changes and a whole lot of trial and error, those symptoms that plagued me for years are finally gone.

Why Well Synched Exists

I created this space because I know I'm not alone. Too many of us have been told our symptoms are "just the way it is" or brushed off as something we have to endure. But what if small, sustainable changes could actually change everything?

That's what I'm here to share: science-backed wellness information that's actually practical for real life. No perfection required, no all-or-nothing mentality. Just realistic swaps, nourishing recipes, and natural remedies that make a genuine difference.

What You Can Expect

I'm not a doctor, and I'm definitely not perfect. I still indulge in cupcakes, make mistakes, and navigate this wellness thing day by day, especially now as a mom to my one-year-old daughter. But that's exactly why I get it. We're doing the best we can with what we have, and small, intentional choices add up to big changes.

Everything I share is rooted in science and research, but I also know that science evolves. When new studies emerge or information changes, I'll update you accordingly. This is a journey we're on together.

I'm so glad you're here!
